For my University Case Study, I have been commissioned to improve the digital and physical retail experience, through innovation protocols and to enhance the user experience in retail and travel. I had to consider how to build a reward system in my design innovation for repeat visitation.
Further considerations towards motivating and engaging my target audience have been also essential.
Target demographic: Millennial traveller/ Business executive/ GenX.
The design branding had to coincide with the existing St Pancras International brand.
I had to consider the value proposition for the end-user via UCD – how will he/she benefit from my design?
